9th Edition Implementation 

• Teaching Start Date - All Instructors should now be teaching the 9th Edition.
• Instructor requirements
  • Complete the NRP 9th Edition Online Learning Assessment (Advanced) (OLA) on PediaSkills (formerly RQI Partners)
  • Complete any provincially required 9th Edition Instructor Update activities (requirements may vary by province).
• Providers are expected to be updated by January 2027.
• National Practice Requirements – All NRP professionals and organizations should be fully transitioned to the NRP 9th Edition by January 2027.
