Adolescent Health Travel Grant

The Adolescent Health Section has created this grant to encourage and support paediatric residents interested in pursuing a career in adolescent medicine. One applicant will be selected each year and will receive complimentary registration to attend the Canadian Paediatric Society Annual Conference.

Submission deadline: March 31

Nominations

Eligible candidates:

  • Are enrolled in an accredited Canadian paediatric residency program, in the first, second, third, fourth or fifth year of training.
  • Are members of the CPS.
  • Must attend the CPS Annual Conference and the Adolescent Health Section business meeting.

Current members of the CPS Board of Directors and previous Adolescent Health Section Travel Grant recipients are excluded from applying.

Submissions

Applications must be submitted using the online application form. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. Submissions must include:

  • A letter of reference from the applicant’s program director who can comment on applicant’s interest in adolescent medicine. Maximum of 2 pages.
