and well-being of children and youth
Formed in 1990, the CPS Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Section is a collaborative network of health professionals committed to providing quality, evidence-based care to women with high-risk pregnancies, their fetuses, newborns and families. We espouse an inter-disciplinary model of care with obstetrical care providers, neonatal physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, and other professionals and trainees. We also recognize the essential role of families as partners in care. The section hosts a What’s New in Neonatology day at the CPS Annual Conference, where members learn about the latest research in the field.
Section fee: $48
