How do I place an order?

Shopping cart: Navigate through the bookstore and add items you want to purchase through the shopping cart feature.
When you finish shopping and check out you will be given the option to submit your credit card for online payment (see Security and Privacy policies for more information).

How do I use the shopping cart feature? Using this feature is very easy. Choose "Add to cart" located next to the title of the document. The item will be automatically added to your shopping list. To purchase multiple quantities of an item, change the number in the “Qty” box next to the shopping cart. When you check out you will be given the opportunity to remove items.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay online (see Security and Privacy policies for more information). Orders can also be prepaid by credit card or cheque. We accept VISA and MasterCard. When we receive your prepaid order we will contact you to confirm the total order cost and to obtain your card number.
How are the taxes calculated?
Only GST is charged on books. Videos and pamphlets are subject to HST if you live in Ontario and British Columbia. All Atlantic provinces other than PEI pay the HST.
Only GST will be charged on shipping.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 weeks, via Canada Post. For orders up to $50.00 the cost is $7.00, over $50.00 shipping is 15% of merchandise total. If you require your order more quickly, contact (613) 526-9397, ext. 221, and shipping can be arranged at an increased cost.
Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied? Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Orders must be returned postage paid, in re-saleable condition. You will be refunded the purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee and shipping and handling. Videos cannot be refunded.
