Fall 2017 Course

General information

Be scent free

Not everyone is comfortable near cologne or perfume. Please refrain from wearing scented products.

Certificate of attendance

An email providing a certificate of attendance will be sent to all participants following the course.

Concurrent workshops

Every effort is made to assign participants to their workshops of first choice, but seating is limited and assigned on a 'first come, first served' basis. The CPS also reserves the right to cancel workshops with insufficient registration.

Free high-speed Internet access

The CPS has secured basic complimentary high-speed Internet service in the main meeting room and all guest rooms.

Meeting attire

Dress is business casual. Room temperatures can fluctuate, so wear a sweater or layered clothing.

PowerPoint presentations

Slide presentations are available for participants to download and print one week before the course start date. NO PAPER HANDOUTS will be available on site.

Special needs

The CPS tries to ensure that all educational events are fully accessible. If you have special needs or requests, contact Chantal Pothier before the course at 613-526-9397, ext. 229, or bring them to the attention of registration desk staff on site. 

Taxation

A 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) and 9.975% Quebec Sales Tax (QST) apply to most goods and services in the province of Quebec. The Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) replaces the QST and GST in certain provinces. Wear your badge

ID badges are required for admission to all teaching sessions. Be sure to pick up your badge at the on-site registration desk when you arrive.
