Spotlight: Dr. Padmavathy Guntamukkala

Dr. Padmavathy Guntamukkala received her medical education from Guntur Medical College, Nagarjuna University, India. She then completed a diploma in Child Health at University College of Dublin, Ireland, and gained experience as a paediatrician in Ireland and England before moving to Canada. In 1997, she moved to Newfoundland and Labrador to do her residency in St. John's, and she now continues to practice in St. Anthony. Dr. Guntamukkala was a recipient of a CPS Certificate of Merit in 2015.
