CPS Committee Membership Application Form

The CPS Board of Directors is always looking for committed volunteers with writing experience to join our statement- writing committees. If you are a CPS member interested in writing position papers, sharing your expertise and shaping future best practice, please fill out the form below.

Committee members usually serve a two-year term with opportunity to renew. Applications are reviewed by  committee Chairs and selected  by the Board. Committee size is limited, so there may be some delay between application, acceptance and membership.
