Suitable for medical and non-medical audiences, the slides have detailed information about vaccine-preventable diseases, childhood vaccines in Canada, safety, the immune system, and myths and facts.
The presentation is adapted from material in Your Child’s Best Shot: A parent’s guide to immunization (3rd edition, 2006), published by the Canadian Paediatric Society. It has been reviewed and updated by the CPS Infectious Diseases and Immunization Committee.
