Professional achievements and current responsibilities:
Dr. Robin Williams has recently retired as the Medical Officer of Health for Niagara, and currently is working for the Ministry of Health in Ontario as associate Chief Medical Officer of Health. Previous to her public health appointment she practised consultation paediatrics for 15 years in the Niagara Region. She is a clinical professor in the Department of Paediatrics at McMaster University. Dr. Williams has served on many local and provincial committees with a special interest in the early years of childhood and public health.

Educational Background:
Dr. Williams received her MD and DPH from the University of Toronto and completed her paediatric residency at McMaster University.
