All media attending the conference must register. Registration is free and can be done in advance by visiting: https://www.proreg.ca/events/cps/2009/delegate-e.php.

Section B1 - choose “media”
Section C (Activities) - check the appropriate boxes
- Click Submit

If you have not pre-registered, you must register at the on-site registration booth in the Nunavut Room on the fourth floor of the Westin.
The media office is located in the Manitoba Room at the Westin Ottawa. Office hours are Tuesday, June 23 – Saturday, June 27 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time. Staff will be available to help arrange interviews and locate delegates.
Media will have access to all workshops and sessions, but MUST wear a media badge at all times.
Question and answer periods in sessions and workshops are for delegates. You may request an interview with a speaker via media relations staff or wait until the session is complete and approach the presenter.
