The Neonatal Resuscitation Program is pleased to announce that the 2009 Research Grant has been awarded to Dr. Brian Simmons, for his proposal entitled “Resuscitation Competencies in InterProfessional Education (ReCIPE).” Dr. Simmons and his investigators will be researching behavioral team competencies and how to assess an interprofessional team using a competency based checklist. The project officially began on September 15, 2009. We wish Dr. Simmons and his team all the best throughout the course of their research.
