1. Accessing the NRP Database online:
Registered NRP instructors and NRP program coordinators can submit course rosters online.
The database can be accessed from the main NRP index page by clicking this button:

2. Logging In
Instructors:
User ID: Your User ID is your NRP instructor number as it appears on your NRP Instructor card.
Password: The first time you log in, your password is your last name. You will be prompted to change your password when you enter. If you forget your password, click the “Forgot your password?” button on the login screen and follow the instructions.
NRP Program Coordinators:
User ID: Contact us at nrp@cps.ca to obtain your Coordinator User ID.
Password: The first time you log in, your password is the same as your User ID. You will be prompted to change your password when you enter. If you forget your password, click the “Forgot your password?” button on the login screen and follow the instructions.
3. Using the database:
Once logged in, you will find step-by-step instructions for entering course rosters and viewing past courses. These are found at the upper right of the screen.

Courses may also be submitted by using the course roster form (word document), although the online method is preferable. CPS will process course rosters submitted online within 5 business days. Course rosters submitted as hardcopy will be processed within 15-20 business days. Illegible or incomplete rosters will be returned.
